Classic Package

Aspire’s Classic Package is the most basic package available that every student requires to support their Student visa.

  • Provide guardianship letter for visa application

    Organise an online pre-departure talk

    Receive Student Handbook with advice on living in the UK

  • Arrange relevant courses or camps during holidays

  • 24-hour emergency contact between the student, parents, host family and school

    Visit the student in case of a medical emergency

  • Manage the student’s expenses account

Premium Package

Aspire’s Premium Package covers everything in our Core package and more; including travel logistics and hosting for exeats and half terms.

  • Provide guardianship letter for visa application

    Organise in person pre-departure seminar

    Receive Student Handbook with advice on living in the UK

    Match a host family

    Arrange English courses or residential camps during holidays

    Assist in submitting transport forms to the school

    Organise transport around the UK

    Organise flights to and from home country termly

    Assist parents with flights and travel arrangements for school visits

  • Assist with email correspondence between school and parents

    Attend 1 parents' evenings at the school (+ email parents' evening reports in English)

    Assist in submitting pre-departure materials to the school

  • 24-hour emergency contact between the student, parents, host family and school

    Visit and support the student in case of a medical emergency

    Dedicated relationship manager for regular communication with parents and students via preferred platform; phone call, email, WhatsApp, WeChat and LINE

    Visit the student at school

    Build and maintain a good relationship with the Headmaster, Housemaster, matron and teachers

    Provide a UK SIM card

  • Manage the student's expense account

    Arrange payments to the student's host family

    Distribute pocket money to the student

    Arrange extra-curricular activities payments e.g. music lessons

    Arrange payment of school fees

    Assist with ordering school uniform

    Assist with ordering extra-curricular equipment (music, arts or sports)

    Order bedding or towels for students

University Package

Aspire’s University Package is our bespoke pacakge available to every student applying to University under the age of 18 and requires to support their Student visa.

  • Provide guardianship letter for visa application if required.

    Confirm guardianship with the University.

  • 24-hour emergency contact between the student, parents, host family and university.

    Visit the student in case of a medical emergency.

  • Provide financial support in an emergency capacity.
